It’s no secret how much I love copywork and how useful a tool I think it is for school. What do I think is even more useful? Hiding God’s word in their hearts. So a way to tie both together is amazing!

This copywork notebook includes 30 days worth of copying the Psalms and includes some copywork tips at the front.

I had my printed and bound at a local store but you could do at home.

Listen, I am not easy to please in this department. I am a former PE teacher, former marathon runner, former athlete, coach, and passionate about learning health and fitness properly!

I’ve tried and ordered many health programs, only to not use them once I saw the old food pyramid or pushing skim milk or other “oh no no’s”. (Shout out parks and rec)

This program is different and better. There is a short and clearly explained video per lesson, a warm up, a functional fitness routine and a cooldown. That’s all followed up with a short, interactive review quiz.

Our pastor shared this last week and it’s lived

Our pastor shared this last week and it’s lived rent free in my head ever since. It’s really had me taking a look at what I’ve been giving more priority in my life than I should.

He went on to remind us that if we put something else, or let something else be, on the throne in our lives, He will let it. We have free choice. Whether it be sports, kids, jobs, fitness, money, friends, our house, or anything else.

It’s wild how easy it is to lose focus and let other things take over top priority. That message was definitely humbling to me and caused some self reflection.

Since it’s been stuck on my mind I thought I’d share it for anyone else needing to hear it today.
